Tunelink Auto Warranty Policy

OUR WARRANTY:

Your satisfaction is our business.  Our product warranty policies are intended to provide you with a level of assurance that you have purchased a high quality and well built product.

New Potato warrant s that your Tunelink Home unit will remain free of defect due to materials or workmanship for up to one year after purchase.  This warranty covers the the Tunelink Home accessory unit ONLY and does not cover any damage or failure due to abuse, mishandling, or modification of your Tunelink Home unit.

If your Tunelink Home unit stops working under normal use and conditions within one year of the date you purchased it, you are entitled to receive a replacement unit from New Potato.

IN WARRANTY SERVICE:

To obtain warranty service for your Tunelink Home unit, contact customer service at New Potato by e-mail at support@newpotatotech.com or phone us at +1(910) 399-7073. If after consulting with our support team it is anticipated or determined that your unit is not functioning as it did when it was manufactured,  you will be authorized to return your unit for service at New Potato.

In keeping with the terms of your Tunelink Home warranty, your Tunelink Home unit must be less than one year old, you must have purchased it from an authorized retailer and you must provide New Potato with proof of purchase (your original receipt, for example).

Prior to returning any product need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Contact our customer support team at new Potato either by phone, email  or online to obtain your RMA number and the latest return procedures.

We cannot accept returned Tunelink Home units or provide replacement units for Tunelink Home units received without a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  When you contact New Potato for service and its is necessary for you to ship your unit to us, you will be provided with a RMA number for the shipment.  You will receive an e-mail or fax confirmation from our support team with complete instructions for shipping your unit to us.

When preparing your shipment,  please include your name, address, telephone, e-mail address along with the RMA number.  If possible, please include a copy of the confirmation e-mail that you received from the support team. We recommend that you consider insuring your shipment if the carrier you choose provides such an option.

A replacement Tunelink Home unit will be shipped to you within five (5) business days of our receipt of your original Tunelink Home unit.

Please be sure to include the RMA number provided to you on the shipping box along with your return address and contact information.  Please include your full name, correct return address and current contact information on all correspondence with New Potato Technologies.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED - OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE:

If your Tunelink Home unit stops working for any reason or is damaged such it has become unusable, you can obtain a replacement unit from New Potato, no questions asked.   Simply return your original unit to New Potato along with a  prepaid nominal processing fee including shipping.

This offer is only valid for the original and registered owner of the Tunelink Home unit and is available for up to three years after the original date of purchase.

We will replace a defective or damaged unit that is returned to us regardless of the condition of the unit providing the entire unit to be replaced is returned to our service department.  We will not provide replacements for any components that are not returned to our service department.

The costs for out of warranty replacement units are (prices subject to change):

You are responsible for the postage required to ship your Tunelink Home unit to New Potato. At its discretion New Potato will send you a new or refurbished replacement  unit with a new ninety (90) day warranty included.

We want you to get full enjoyment from your Tunelink Home unit, so we make these replacement components available to the original registered owner at a fraction of their retail value.
